Travel Information for IBC Suriname 2026 

Participants should ensure they review all entry requirements before travelling.

VISAS  

The Suriname Entry Fee Visa is available for a large number of Nationalities, allowing attendees to IBC Suriname 2026 to stay in Suriname for up to 90 days.  

The Surinamese government advise to apply to the Entry Fee Visa for tourism purpose to attend SEOGS, which doesn’t require an invitation letter.

If your country is not listed, you will need to apply for an E-Visa. To proceed, please check the relevant link to confirm your eligibility and follow the application instructions.  E-Visa. 

For E-Visa applications, we will provide an invitation letter to support your application. To request an invitation letter, please contact ops@suriname-energy.com  

 

Immigration & Customs Form (ICF)

All travellers entering or leaving Suriname are required to complete the Immigration and Customs Form (ICF) online before travel.

The form must be completed through the official portal: https://icf.sr
 

The ICF can be completed up to 7 days prior to arrival or departure. After submission, travellers will receive a QR code, which should be saved or printed and presented to immigration and customs authorities on both arrival and departure.

Completing the form prior to travel will help ensure a smoother arrival and departure process.
