Arthur Huits

Arthur Huits is Founder and Managing Director of Phenox Consultants, an international actuarial consultancy he established in the Netherlands in 2004, expanding to Curaçao in 2006 and Suriname in 2010. An actuary with 30 years of experience in life insurance, pensions and Asset Liability Management, Arthur has advised international companies, insurers and pension funds across the Netherlands, the Dutch Caribbean and Suriname. Having worked with companies from North America and Europe on their overseas pension plans and insurance operations, he has gained extensive practical experience with different pension systems and approaches to employee benefits. He combines this international perspective with an entrepreneurial understanding of the challenges companies face when entering new markets.
