Brian Renten

Bryan Renten is the Chief Executive Officer of Fernandes Group, one of Suriname’s leading diversified business groups, a position he has held since January 2025. 

With more than 30 years of experience in the consumer goods industry and a technical degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven, Bryan combines analytical expertise, commercial experience and strategic leadership. Under his leadership, Fernandes Group continues to strengthen its businesses across Food & Beverages, Automotive and Industrial Services, while expanding its regional ambitions. 

As a business leader, Bryan is particularly focused on the opportunities created by stronger Guyana–Suriname economic relations. Fernandes Group has an established presence in both markets and sees increasing potential for cross-border trade, regional supply chains, partnerships and the development of local capabilities. 

His leadership is grounded in Fernandes Group’s core values of Integrity, Innovation and People-Oriented Leadership, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence and creating long-term value for the markets in which the Group operates.
