Ambassador Felipe Santarosa was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on September 17, 1969. He holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and joined the Brazilian Foreign Service in 1995 after graduating from the Rio Branco Institute. During his diplomatic career, he has served in key positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at Brazilian missions in Geneva, Santiago, Lima, Pretoria, Washington, Houston, and Dublin. Since February 2025, he has held the position of Ambassador of Brazil to the Republic of Suriname.
