Minoushi Filemon

Minoushi Filemon is the Country Lead - Suriname of the Suriname-Guyana Chamber of Commerce (SGCC), leading the Chamber’s Suriname Office and advancing cross-border business, investment and private-sector cooperation between Suriname and Guyana. 

With a background in business management, leadership, marketing and strategic growth, Minoushi moves with clarity and conviction. Her work sits at the intersection of business, government and regional economic development, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, private-sector advocacy, government and diplomatic engagement, business development, and creating practical opportunities for companies to connect and grow across borders. 

Her work goes beyond representation- she leads with heart, vision and a relentless drive for meaningful change. Through strategic initiatives and platforms such as the IBC Suriname, she brings businesses, government, investors and regional stakeholders together to create space for innovation, collaboration and sustainable economic growth across the region.
