Rick Jan Molanus

As founder of Paramaribo Advisory, Rick Jan Molanus provides analysis and market-entry advice to companies operating in or exploring the Surinamese market. He produces the Paramaribo Briefing, a newsletter covering political, economic and business developments in Suriname and the wider region. Rick holds an MSc in Public Governance and Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His previous experience includes work with the European Union Delegation in Guyana, a stint with TotalEnergies Suriname, and the UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Netherlands.
